I ordered 2 sets of the cup and saucer set, but arrived only one set and no refund or reply even if I notify my package had one missing set right after I received the package and I paid 2 sets amount of money!! I felt I was stolen my money of over $100 for nothing!! It was absolutely sad and upsetting shopping experience since those two sets were supposed to be my husband and my retirement memorial sets…. which only one set here…. Please send one more set which I ordered, or refund one set portion of money you charged me….
